• Deine Fahrten – GPS-Verlauf und Sensordaten – bleiben auf deinem iPhone und, wenn du iCloud nutzt, in deinem eigenen iCloud-Konto. Der Entwickler kann sie nicht einsehen.
• Your trips – GPS track and sensor data – stay on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. The developer cannot access them.
• An Dienste im Internet geht nur, was eine von dir genutzte Funktion braucht (z. B. dein Standort für Spritpreise in der Nähe). Welche Daten wohin gehen, steht in den Abschnitten 2–17.
• Only what a feature you use needs is sent to online services (e.g. your location for nearby fuel prices). Sections 2–17 explain exactly which data goes where.
• Nutzungsanalyse und die Synchronisierung von Fahrt-Kennzahlen gibt es nur mit deiner Einwilligung. Beide sind standardmäßig aus und jederzeit widerrufbar.
• Usage analytics and trip-statistics sync only happen with your consent. Both are off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Ein Konto ist freiwillig. Die App legt beim ersten Start automatisch einen Gastzugang ohne Namen und E-Mail an (Abschnitt 5).
• An account is optional. On first launch the app automatically creates a guest access without name or email (section 5).

Diese Fassung beschreibt die App ab Version 1.3.0. Wo ältere Versionen abweichen, ist das angegeben.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, wenn es um die App oder dein Abonnement geht, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO, wenn du deine Rechte aus Abschnitt 20 ausübst, und sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (unser Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten). Das Postfach liegt bei der IONOS SE als Auftragsverarbeiter (Abschnitt 18). Wie lange wir E-Mails aufbewahren, steht in Abschnitt 19.

If you email us: we process your email address, the content of your message and any data you share in it in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns the app or your subscription, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where you exercise your rights under section 20, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering requests). The mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE as processor (section 18). Section 19 states how long we keep emails.

Die App erfasst deinen genauen Standort (Breiten- und Längengrad, Höhe, Geschwindigkeit, Fahrtrichtung, Messgenauigkeit, Zeitpunkt) nur, während du eine Fahrt aufzeichnest. Die Aufzeichnung läuft weiter, wenn der Bildschirm gesperrt ist oder du eine andere App nutzt. iOS zeigt das mit dem blauen Standortsymbol an. Sie endet, sobald die Fahrt beendet ist.

The app records your precise location (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading, accuracy, time) only while you record a trip. Recording continues while the screen is locked or you use another app; iOS indicates this with the blue location icon. It stops as soon as the trip ends.

• Berechtigung: Die iOS-Freigabe „Beim Verwenden der App“ genügt. „Immer“ ist nicht erforderlich.
• Permission: The iOS setting “While Using the App” is sufficient; “Always” is not required.
• Zweck: Strecke, Geschwindigkeit, Routenkarte, Schätzung von Verbrauch und Kosten, Fahrstil-Auswertung.
• Purpose: Distance, speed, route map, fuel and cost estimates, driving-style analysis.
• Weitere Nutzung des Standorts: Öffnest du Spritpreise, Ladesäulen oder die Navigation, verwendet die App deinen aktuellen Standort für diese Funktion (Abschnitte 9–12).
• Other uses of location: When you open fuel prices, charging stations or navigation, the app uses your current location for that feature (sections 9–12).
• Schutz vor Datenverlust: Während der Aufzeichnung sichert die App die bisher erfassten Punkte etwa alle 20 Sekunden in einer Datei auf dem Gerät. So lässt sich die Fahrt nach einem Absturz wiederherstellen. Die Datei ist vom Geräte-Backup ausgeschlossen und wird gelöscht, sobald die Fahrt gespeichert ist.
• Protection against data loss: While recording, the app saves the points collected so far roughly every 20 seconds to a file on the device so the trip can be recovered after a crash. The file is excluded from device backups and deleted once the trip is saved.
• Speicherung: auf dem Gerät und gegebenenfalls in deiner iCloud (Abschnitt 4). GPS-Verläufe werden nie an den Server des Entwicklers übertragen.
• Storage: on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud (section 4). GPS tracks are never sent to the developer's server.
• Freigabe ändern: iOS-Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Ortungsdienste → Auto Performance Tracker. Ohne Standortfreigabe ist keine Aufzeichnung möglich; bereits gespeicherte Fahrten bleiben erhalten.
• Change permission: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Auto Performance Tracker. Without location access no recording is possible; trips already saved are kept.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Bereitstellung der von dir gewünschten Fahrtaufzeichnung). Der Zugriff auf die Ortungsfunktion des Geräts ist für diesen Dienst unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG) und erfolgt nur nach deiner Freigabe im iOS-Dialog.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the trip recording you request). Access to the device's location function is strictly necessary for this service (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and only happens after you allow it in the iOS dialog.

Während einer Aufzeichnung liest die App Beschleunigung und Drehrate (jeweils x/y/z) aus, 12- bis 25-mal pro Sekunde (unter 15 km/h 12-mal, darüber 25-mal). Zusätzlich nutzt sie die Bewegungserkennung von iOS („zu Fuß“, „im Fahrzeug“). Damit schlägt sie vor, eine Fahrt zu beenden, und schneidet anschließende Fußwege ab.

While recording, the app reads acceleration and rotation rate (x/y/z each) 12 to 25 times per second (12 below 15 km/h, 25 above). It also uses iOS activity detection (“walking”, “in vehicle”) to suggest ending a trip and to trim walking segments at the end.

• Zweck: Fahrstil-Score (Beschleunigen, Bremsen, Kurven) und Erkennen des Fahrtendes.
• Purpose: driving-style score (acceleration, braking, cornering) and detecting the end of a trip.
• Speicherung: als Teil der Fahrt auf dem Gerät bzw. in iCloud (Abschnitt 4). Rohdaten, die älter als 2 Jahre sind, löscht die App automatisch; der berechnete Score bleibt erhalten.
• Storage: as part of the trip on the device or in iCloud (section 4). The app automatically deletes raw data older than 2 years; the calculated score is kept.
• Weitergabe: keine, weder an den Entwickler noch an Dritte.
• Sharing: none – neither with the developer nor with third parties.
• Freigabe ändern: iOS-Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Bewegung & Fitness. Ohne Freigabe funktioniert die Aufzeichnung, aber Score und Fußweg-Erkennung entfallen.
• Change permission: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness. Without it, recording still works but the score and walking detection are unavailable.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO; Zugriff auf die Sensoren nach § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG.

Auf dem iPhone speichert die App: Fahrten (GPS-Punkte, Sensordaten, Score, Ortsnamen von Start und Ziel, Titel und Notizen), Fahrzeuge (u. a. Verbrauch, Reifendruck), Tankbuch (Menge, Preis, Kilometerstand, Tankstelle), Wartungseinträge, Navi-Ziele, Einstellungen und deine Einwilligungsentscheidungen.

On your iPhone the app stores: trips (GPS points, sensor data, score, start and end place names, titles and notes), vehicles (e.g. consumption, tyre pressure), fuel log (amount, price, odometer, station), maintenance entries, navigation destinations, settings and your consent choices.

• Die genannten Daten werden in deiner privaten iCloud-Datenbank gespeichert und zwischen deinen Geräten abgeglichen. Der Entwickler kann sie nicht einsehen.
• The data above is stored in your private iCloud database and synced across your devices. The developer cannot access it.
• Apple verarbeitet die Daten als Anbieter von iCloud auf Grundlage deines Vertrags mit Apple und der Apple-Datenschutzrichtlinie.
• Apple processes the data as the provider of iCloud under your agreement with Apple and the Apple Privacy Policy.
• Abschalten: mit Konto in der App unter Einstellungen → Account & Sync → „Automatische iCloud-Synchronisation“ (wirksam nach einem Neustart der App); in jedem Fall in den iOS-Einstellungen unter [dein Name] → iCloud, wo du iCloud für die App ausschaltest.
• Switch off: with an account in the app under Settings → Account & Sync → “Automatic iCloud sync” (takes effect after restarting the app); in any case in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud, by turning iCloud off for the app.
• Löschen: Fahrten, die du in der App löschst (einzeln oder über „Alle Fahrten löschen“), werden auch in iCloud gelöscht. Wenn du die App löschst, bleiben die iCloud-Daten bestehen; du entfernst sie in den iOS-Einstellungen unter [dein Name] → iCloud → Speicher verwalten.
• Delete: trips you delete in the app (individually or via “Delete all trips”) are also deleted from iCloud. Deleting the app does not delete the iCloud data; remove it in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Geräte-Backup: Nutzt du iCloud-Backup oder sicherst dein iPhone am Computer, sind die App-Daten einschließlich der Fahrten Teil dieses Backups. Ausgenommen sind die Absturz-Sicherungsdateien und der Offline-Routenspeicher. Das Backup liegt in deinem Apple-Konto bzw. auf deinem Computer; der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff.

Device backup: if you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, the app data including trips is part of that backup, except the crash-recovery files and the offline route store. The backup is held in your Apple account or on your computer; the developer has no access.

• dein Pro-Status im iOS-Schlüsselbund, damit Pro auch offline funktioniert (Abschnitt 14)

Gastzugang (automatisch): Beim ersten Start legt die App automatisch einen Gastzugang an. Dafür erzeugt der Server eine zufällige Kennung (UUID); Name und E-Mail werden nicht abgefragt. Der Gastzugang wird für gemeldete LPG-Preise (Abschnitt 9), die optionale Kennzahlen-Synchronisierung (Abschnitt 6) und das Datenschutz-Protokoll gebraucht. Er lässt sich später in ein Konto umwandeln.

Guest access (automatic): on first launch the app automatically creates a guest access. The server generates a random identifier (UUID); no name or email is requested. The guest access is needed for reported LPG prices (section 9), the optional statistics sync (section 6) and the privacy log. It can later be converted into an account.

Konto (freiwillig): Du kannst dich mit E-Mail und Passwort, mit „Mit Apple anmelden“ oder mit Google anmelden. Ein Konto brauchst du nur, wenn du deine Kontodaten auf mehreren Geräten nutzen möchtest.

Account (optional): you can sign in with email and password, with “Sign in with Apple” or with Google. You only need an account to use your account data on several devices.

• Verarbeitete Daten: Nutzerkennung, Anmeldeart, Zeitpunkt von Anlage und letzter Anmeldung, Sitzungs-Token und ein vom Betreiber vergebenes Pro-Kennzeichen (z. B. für Tester); bei einem Konto außerdem E-Mail-Adresse und Anzeigename. Beim Verbindungsaufbau verarbeitet der Server technisch bedingt deine IP-Adresse und Angaben zur App-Version (Server-Protokolle).
• Data processed: user identifier, sign-in method, creation and last sign-in time, session token and a Pro flag set by the operator (e.g. for testers); for an account also email address and display name. When connecting, the server technically processes your IP address and app-version information (server logs).
• Passwort: Das Passwort wird verschlüsselt (TLS) an den Server übertragen und dort nur als Hash (bcrypt) gespeichert. Niemand, auch nicht der Entwickler, kann es im Klartext einsehen.
• Password: sent to the server encrypted (TLS) and stored there only as a hash (bcrypt). Nobody, including the developer, can see it in plain text.
• E-Mails: Der Server versendet Bestätigungs- und Passwort-zurücksetzen-E-Mails an deine Adresse.
• Emails: the server sends confirmation and password-reset emails to your address.
• Apple / Google: Bei „Mit Apple anmelden“ bzw. der Google-Anmeldung bestätigt Apple bzw. Google deine Identität und übermittelt eine Kennung und deine E-Mail-Adresse (bei Apple auf Wunsch eine Weiterleitungsadresse), gegebenenfalls deinen Namen. Apple und Google handeln dabei in eigener Verantwortung (Abschnitt 18).
• Apple / Google: with “Sign in with Apple” or Google sign-in, Apple or Google verifies your identity and passes on an identifier and your email address (with Apple optionally a relay address) and, if applicable, your name. Apple and Google act as independent controllers (section 18).
• Datenschutz-Protokoll: Zum Nachweis protokolliert der Server datenschutzrelevante Vorgänge mit Zeitpunkt: Gastzugang, Anmeldung, Abmeldung, Kontoverknüpfung, deine Einwilligungsentscheidungen in der App (mit Methode und, beim Kennzahlen-Sync, der Version dieser Erklärung) sowie Löschanfragen.
• Privacy log: as evidence, the server logs privacy-relevant events with a timestamp: guest access, sign-in, sign-out, account linking, your consent choices in the app (with method and, for the statistics sync, the version of this policy) and deletion requests.

Statistik über alle Zugänge: Aus den Zeitpunkten von Anlage, letzter Anmeldung, letzter Änderung und Erneuerung der Sitzung, die der Server für den Betrieb ohnehin speichert, ermittelt der Betreiber nur Gesamtzahlen: wie viele Gastzugänge und Konten es gibt, wie viele davon in den letzten 1, 7 und 30 Tagen aktiv waren (für 30 Tage getrennt nach Gastzugang und Konto), wie viele vor mehr als 7 Tagen angelegt wurden und in den letzten 7 Tagen aktiv waren und wie viele seit mehr als 90 Tagen nicht aktiv waren. Dafür wird nichts zusätzlich gespeichert, kein Verlauf geführt und kein Profil einzelner Nutzer gebildet. Zweck: den Betrieb planen und erkennen, ob die App genutzt wird. Du kannst dieser Verarbeitung widersprechen (Abschnitt 20).

Statistics across all accesses: from the times of creation, last sign-in, last change and session renewal that the server stores anyway for operation, the operator only determines totals: how many guest accesses and accounts exist, how many of them were active in the last 1, 7 and 30 days (for 30 days split into guest accesses and accounts), how many were created more than 7 days ago and were active in the last 7 days, and how many have not been active for more than 90 days. Nothing additional is stored for this, no history is kept and no profile of individual users is created. Purpose: planning operations and seeing whether the app is used. You can object to this processing (section 20).

Verwaltung durch den Betreiber: Für Support, die Prüfung gemeldeter LPG-Preise, den Schutz vor Missbrauch und die Bearbeitung deiner Anfragen kann der Betreiber in einem nur ihm zugänglichen Verwaltungsbereich einzelne Zugänge einsehen: E-Mail-Adresse, Anzeigename, Anmeldeart, Zeitpunkte von Anlage und letzter Anmeldung, Pro-Status, Sperren, Fahrt-Kennzahlen und ältere Daten (Abschnitt 6), gemeldete LPG-Preise und Datenschutz-Protokoll. Er kann dort den Pro-Status vergeben, Zugänge oder das Melden von LPG-Preisen sperren, Meldungen löschen sowie die Daten eines Zugangs exportieren oder löschen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit es um deinen Vertrag geht, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO bei Anfragen zu deinen Rechten und sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (unser Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb ohne Missbrauch). Das Öffnen eines einzelnen Zugangs und jede Änderung werden protokolliert (Zeitpunkt, Vorgang, Kennung des betroffenen Zugangs, gegebenenfalls Begründung). Dieses Protokoll bleibt auch nach einer Kontolöschung bestehen und wird nach 3 Jahren automatisch gelöscht.

Administration by the operator: for support, the review of reported LPG prices, protection against abuse and handling your requests, the operator can view individual accesses in an admin area only the operator can reach: email address, display name, sign-in method, times of creation and last sign-in, Pro status, blocks, trip statistics and older data (section 6), reported LPG prices and the privacy log. There the operator can grant Pro status, block accesses or the reporting of LPG prices, delete reports, and export or delete the data of an access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns your contract, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for requests about your rights, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in secure operation free from abuse). Opening an individual access and every change are logged (time, action, identifier of the access concerned, reason where given). This log remains after an account is deleted and is deleted automatically after 3 years.

Löschung:

Deletion:

• „Account löschen“ (Einstellungen → Account & Sync): Profil, Fahrt-Kennzahlen, Datenschutz-Protokoll und Zugangsdaten werden sofort und endgültig vom Server gelöscht. Von dir gemeldete LPG-Preise verlieren die Verknüpfung zu dir und bleiben nur anonym erhalten. Fahrten auf deinem Gerät und in deiner iCloud sind davon nicht betroffen; lösche sie bei Bedarf in der App (Abschnitt 4).
• “Delete account” (Settings → Account & Sync): profile, trip statistics, privacy log and credentials are deleted from the server immediately and permanently. LPG prices you reported lose the link to you and remain only anonymously. Trips on your device and in your iCloud are not affected; delete them in the app if you wish (section 4).
• Gastzugänge, die 180 Tage nicht genutzt wurden (keine Anmeldung und keine Erneuerung der Sitzung), werden automatisch gelöscht. Ausgenommen sind Zugänge mit einem vom Betreiber vergebenen Pro-Status. Öffnest du die App danach wieder, legt sie einen neuen Gastzugang an; deine Fahrten auf dem Gerät bleiben erhalten. Soll dein Gastzugang sofort gelöscht werden, genügt eine E-Mail.
• Guest accesses not used for 180 days (no sign-in and no session renewal) are deleted automatically, except those with a Pro status set by the operator. If you open the app again afterwards, it creates a new guest access; your trips on the device are kept. If you want your guest access deleted immediately, just send an email.

Datenexport: Deine Fahrten exportierst du unter Einstellungen → „Daten exportieren“ als CSV oder JSON, einzelne Fahrten auch als GPX. Mit Konto erhältst du die beim Server gespeicherten Daten unter Einstellungen → Account & Sync → „Alle meine Daten exportieren“ als JSON, als Gast auf Anfrage per E-Mail. Exportierte Dateien liegen in deiner Verantwortung, sobald du sie teilst.

Data export: you export your trips under Settings → “Export data” as CSV or JSON, single trips also as GPX. With an account you receive the data stored on the server under Settings → Account & Sync → “Export all my data” as JSON; as a guest on request by email. Exported files are your responsibility once you share them.

• Anbieter (Auftragsverarbeiter): Supabase Inc., USA. Die Daten liegen auf Servern in der EU (Frankfurt am Main, AWS-Region eu-central-1). Mit Supabase besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Soweit Supabase aus Drittländern auf Daten zugreift, erfolgt das auf Grundlage der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO). supabase.com/privacy
• Provider (processor): Supabase Inc., USA. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt am Main, AWS region eu-central-1). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Any access by Supabase from third countries is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). supabase.com/privacy

Wenn du es einschaltest, überträgt die App zusammengefasste Kennzahlen deiner Fahrten an den Server (Abschnitt 5) und ordnet sie deinem Gastzugang bzw. Konto zu. Ohne deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung wird keine Fahrt übertragen.

If you switch it on, the app sends summarised statistics of your trips to the server (section 5), linked to your guest access or account. Without your explicit consent no trip is transferred.

• Übertragen werden: Fahrt-Kennung, Start- und Endzeitpunkt, Distanz, Dauer, Durchschnitts- und Höchstgeschwindigkeit, Score, geschätzter Verbrauch und geschätzte Kosten sowie die Kennung des Fahrzeugprofils.
• Transferred: trip ID, start and end time, distance, duration, average and top speed, score, estimated fuel consumption and estimated cost, and the vehicle profile ID.
• Nicht übertragen werden: GPS-Punkte und Streckenverläufe, Start- und Zieladressen, Titel und Notizen sowie Sensordaten. Die Server-Tabelle hat für Koordinaten keine Felder.
• Not transferred: GPS points and routes, start and destination addresses, titles and notes, sensor data. The server table has no fields for coordinates.
• Personenbezug: Die Werte sind pseudonym, nicht anonym, denn sie sind deinem Zugang zugeordnet.

• Withdrawal: Settings → Privacy → switch off. Statistics already transferred are then deleted from the server immediately. If you delete a single trip, its statistics are removed at the next sync, permanently after 90 days at the latest.

Ältere App-Versionen: Bis März 2026 haben App-Versionen Fahrten und Fahrzeugprofile anders übertragen. Aus dieser Zeit liegen für einzelne Zugänge noch Kennzahlen mit Titel (mit Datum) und Spritpreis sowie Fahrzeugprofile (Name, Kraftstoffart, Verbrauch, Spritpreis, Farbe) auf dem Server, jedoch keine Koordinaten. Diese Daten werden nicht mehr ergänzt. Sie werden mit deinem Konto gelöscht, die Kennzahlen auch bei einem Widerruf. Auf Wunsch löschen wir sie vorher, eine E-Mail genügt.

Older app versions: until March 2026, app versions transferred trips and vehicle profiles differently. From that period, statistics with a title (containing a date) and fuel price as well as vehicle profiles (name, fuel type, consumption, fuel price, colour) remain on the server for some accesses, but no coordinates. This data is no longer added to. It is deleted with your account, the statistics also on withdrawal. On request we delete it earlier; an email is enough.

Nur wenn du zustimmst (im Datenschutz-Dialog der App oder unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz), sendet die App Nutzungsereignisse an unseren Server bei Supabase (Abschnitt 5). Only if you agree (in the app's privacy dialog or under Settings → Privacy) does the app send usage events to our server at Supabase (section 5). We analyse them ourselves; there is no other analytics provider. This applies from app version 1.3.0; older versions use PostHog (see below).

It is not linked to your guest access or account: the app sends the events without your sign-in data, using only the app's public key, and the server table has no field for a user identifier. The privacy log (section 5) only records whether you agreed, not the device ID.

If you have not yet updated to version 1.3.0 and have agreed to analytics, the app sends the same events and value ranges to PostHog instead, but with the exact time and your IP address. The provider (processor) is PostHog Inc., USA. Data is stored in the EU (PostHog Cloud EU, Frankfurt am Main). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; any access from the USA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Retention: at most 12 months. If you withdraw consent in these versions, only the identifier on the device is deleted; events already sent remain with PostHog until the end of the retention period. Anschließend fragt iOS einmalig, ob die App dich über Apps und Websites anderer Unternehmen hinweg „tracken“ darf (App Tracking Transparency).

Ist in deinem Fahrzeugprofil eine Kraftstoffart hinterlegt, fragt die App außerdem am Ende einer Fahrt den aktuellen Preis ab, um die Kosten zu berechnen. Fuel prices (Tankerkönig): when you open the fuel station view, the app sends your precise location and the selected search radius (5–30 km) to the Tankerkönig API (Germany), which provides data from the German Market Transparency Unit for Fuels. If a fuel type is set in your vehicle profile, the app also requests the current price at the end of a trip to calculate costs, sending your location (3 km radius) or, if you chose a favourite station, only its ID. Requests contain no user identifier. tankerkoenig.de

LPG-Tankstellen (OpenStreetMap): Für Autogas-Tankstellen sendet die App deinen genauen Standort mit einem Suchradius von 15 km (falls nichts gefunden wird: 75 km) an den öffentlichen Overpass-Server overpass-api.de (Deutschland), der OpenStreetMap-Daten bereitstellt.

LPG stations (OpenStreetMap): for autogas stations, the app sends your precise location with a 15 km search radius (75 km if none is found) to the public Overpass server overpass-api.de (Germany), which provides OpenStreetMap data.

Community-LPG-Preise: Weil es für Autogas keine amtliche Preisquelle gibt, kannst du Preise selbst melden. Gespeichert werden Tankstelle (Name, Ort, Kennung, Koordinaten der Tankstelle), Preis, Zeitpunkt und deine Nutzerkennung (Abschnitt 5). Andere sehen nur den Median-Preis der letzten 21 Tage pro Tankstelle, nie deine Kennung. Zum Anzeigen fragt die App beim Server die Preise in dem Kartenausschnitt um deinen Standort ab. Deine Meldungen bleiben gespeichert, bis du dein Konto löschst; danach nur noch ohne Bezug zu dir.

Community LPG prices: since there is no official price source for autogas, you can report prices yourself. Stored are the station (name, town, ID, the station's coordinates), price, time and your user ID (section 5). Others only see the median price of the last 21 days per station, never your ID. To display prices, the app asks the server for prices within the map area around your location. Your reports are kept until you delete your account, after that only without any link to you.

Nur für Pro-Abonnenten und nur während einer Aufzeichnung lädt die App Straßendaten mit Tempolimits aus OpenStreetMap. Only for Pro subscribers and only while recording, the app loads road data with speed limits from OpenStreetMap. It requests rectangular areas of about 3 × 3 km around your position and ahead in your direction of travel. Transferred are the boundaries of these areas (not your exact point), your IP address and an app-version identifier – no user identifier.

Beim Start lädt die App die Liste „Was ist neu“ als Textdatei von GitHub (gist.githubusercontent.com). Datenschutzerklärung und Impressum zeigt sie direkt von dieser Website an, die ebenfalls bei GitHub liegt (Abschnitt 23). Dabei erhält GitHub, Inc. (USA) deine IP-Adresse und technische Angaben zur Anfrage, aber keine Nutzerkennung. Die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework, unter dem GitHub zertifiziert ist.

At launch the app loads the “What's new” list as a text file from GitHub (gist.githubusercontent.com). It displays the privacy policy and legal notice directly from this website, which is also hosted on GitHub (section 23). GitHub, Inc. (USA) receives your IP address and technical request data, but no user identifier. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which GitHub is certified.

Das Pro-Abo wird ausschließlich über den App Store von Apple abgeschlossen und bezahlt. Der Entwickler erhält keine Zahlungsdaten. Die App erfährt von Apple nur, ob und bis wann ein Abo aktiv ist. Diesen Status speichert sie im iOS-Schlüsselbund, damit Pro auch ohne Netz funktioniert. Einträge im Schlüsselbund können nach dem Löschen der App bestehen bleiben und werden bei der nächsten Prüfung überschrieben. Kündigung und Erstattung laufen über dein Apple-Konto.

The Pro subscription is purchased and paid for exclusively through Apple's App Store. The developer receives no payment data. Apple only tells the app whether and until when a subscription is active. The app stores this status in the iOS keychain so Pro also works offline. Keychain entries may remain after deleting the app and are overwritten at the next check. Cancellation and refunds are handled via your Apple account.

Widgets und die Live-Aktivität (Sperrbildschirm, Dynamic Island) zeigen Daten der laufenden bzw. letzten Fahrt aus dem Speicher der App an. Es wird nichts an Server übertragen. After your first trip the app asks whether it may send notifications (e.g. weekly and monthly statistics, maintenance reminders). They are calculated and generated on the device only. Widgets and the Live Activity (Lock Screen, Dynamic Island) show data of the current or last trip from the app's storage. Nothing is sent to any server. Switch off: iOS Settings → Notifications → Auto Performance Tracker, or in the app's settings.

Aus GPS- und Sensordaten berechnet die App auf dem Gerät einen Fahrstil-Score (0–100) für Beschleunigen, Bremsen, Kurven und gleichmäßiges Fahren. Das ist eine Profilbildung im Sinne von Art. 4 Nr. 4 DSGVO. Der Score dient nur deiner eigenen Information. Er wird für keine Entscheidung mit rechtlicher Wirkung verwendet (Art. 22 DSGVO) und nicht an Versicherungen oder andere Dritte weitergegeben. Er verlässt das Gerät nur über deine iCloud (Abschnitt 4) und, wenn du die Fahrt-Kennzahlen einschaltest, als Zahlenwert an den Server (Abschnitt 6).

From GPS and sensor data, the app calculates a driving score (0–100) on the device covering acceleration, braking, cornering and smooth driving. This is profiling within the meaning of Art. 4(4) GDPR. The score is for your own information only, is not used for any decision with legal effect (Art. 22 GDPR) and is not shared with insurers or other third parties. It only leaves the device via your iCloud (section 4) and, if you enable trip statistics, as a number sent to the server (section 6).

KI-Hinweise im Race-Modus: Auf unterstützten Geräten mit aktivierter Apple Intelligence kann die App kurze Hinweise zu deinen Messungen mit dem geräteinternen Sprachmodell von Apple erzeugen. Die Verarbeitung findet ausschließlich auf dem Gerät statt.

Die App enthält kein Absturz-SDK von Drittanbietern. Hast du in den iOS-Einstellungen „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ aktiviert (Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Analyse & Verbesserungen), stellt Apple dem Entwickler Absturzberichte und Leistungswerte (z. B. Startzeit, Speicher, Energie) ohne Nutzerkennung über App Store Connect und Xcode bereit. Die App empfängt diese Berichte zwar über die Apple-Schnittstelle MetricKit, speichert oder überträgt sie aber nicht. Verantwortlich für die Erhebung ist Apple.

The app contains no third-party crash SDK. If you enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple provides crash reports and performance metrics (e.g. launch time, memory, energy) without a user identifier to the developer via App Store Connect and Xcode. The app does receive these reports via Apple's MetricKit interface but neither stores nor transmits them. Apple is responsible for collecting them.

Ältere Versionen enthalten zusätzlich Firebase Crashlytics der Google LLC (USA). Nur wenn du dort unter Einstellungen „Absturzberichte senden“ eingeschaltet hast, überträgt die App Absturz- und Fehlerberichte an Google: Programmzustand zum Zeitpunkt des Fehlers, Fehlermeldungen der App, Leistungswerte aus MetricKit, Gerätemodell, iOS- und App-Version, Zeitpunkt, eine Installationskennung und, wenn du angemeldet bist, einen Hashwert deiner Nutzerkennung. Google verarbeitet die Daten als Auftragsverarbeiter und speichert sie 90 Tage. Die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Abschalten: denselben Schalter ausschalten. Ab Version 1.3.0 ist Crashlytics nicht mehr enthalten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung).

Older versions also contain Firebase Crashlytics by Google LLC (USA). Only if you switched on “Send Crash Reports” in their settings does the app send crash and error reports to Google: program state at the time of the error, the app's error messages, performance metrics from MetricKit, device model, iOS and app version, time, an installation identifier and, if you are signed in, a hash of your user identifier. Google processes the data as a processor and keeps it for 90 days. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. To stop it, switch the same setting off. From version 1.3.0, Crashlytics is no longer included. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Für deine Anfragen genügt eine E-Mail an contact@melnychuk-anton.de. Wir antworten in der Regel innerhalb von 72 Stunden, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats (Art. 12 Abs. 3 DSGVO). Daten, die nur auf deinem Gerät oder in deiner iCloud liegen, kann der Entwickler nicht einsehen. Du verwaltest sie direkt in der App.

An email to contact@melnychuk-anton.de is enough. We usually reply within 72 hours, at the latest within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). The developer cannot see data stored only on your device or in your iCloud; you manage it directly in the app.

Pflicht zur Bereitstellung (Art. 13 Abs. 2 lit. e DSGVO): Du bist weder gesetzlich noch vertraglich verpflichtet, Daten bereitzustellen. Ohne Standortfreigabe ist aber keine Fahrtaufzeichnung möglich, und ohne Bewegungsfreigabe entfällt der Score. Konto, Analyse und Kennzahlen-Sync sind freiwillig, in App-Versionen bis 1.2.x auch personalisierte Werbung.

Obligation to provide data (Art. 13(2)(e) GDPR): you are under no legal or contractual obligation to provide data. However, without location access no trip can be recorded, and without motion access there is no score. Account, analytics and statistics sync are optional, in app versions up to 1.2.x also personalised ads.

Alle Verbindungen der App sind TLS-verschlüsselt. Daten auf dem Gerät liegen im geschützten App-Bereich von iOS. Auf dem Server ist der Zugriff durch Zeilenrechte (Row Level Security) auf deine eigenen Daten beschränkt. Verwaltungsfunktionen sind nur für den Betreiber zugänglich und werden protokolliert. Supabase ist nach SOC 2 Type II geprüft. Bei einer Datenpanne informieren wir die Aufsichtsbehörde und, wo erforderlich, die Betroffenen nach Art. 33 und 34 DSGVO.

All app connections are TLS-encrypted. Data on the device is kept in iOS's protected app area. On the server, row level security restricts access to your own data. Administrative functions are only accessible to the operator and are logged. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II audited. In the event of a data breach, we inform the supervisory authority and, where required, the persons concerned in accordance with Art. 33 and 34 GDPR.

Die App ist nur für Personen ab 17 Jahren bestimmt (§ 1 der Nutzungsbedingungen). Beim ersten Start fragt sie das Geburtsjahr ab. Es wird nur auf dem Gerät geprüft und nicht gespeichert oder übertragen; gespeichert wird lediglich, ob die Prüfung bestanden wurde. Unter 17 Jahren bleibt die App gesperrt. Erfahren wir, dass dennoch Daten einer jüngeren Person verarbeitet werden, löschen wir sie. Die Altersangabe im App Store wird von Apple je nach Land und iOS-Version unterschiedlich dargestellt; für die Nutzung gilt die Altersgrenze von 17 Jahren.

The app is intended only for persons aged 17 or over (§ 1 of the Terms of Use). On first launch it asks for your year of birth, which is only checked on the device and neither stored nor transmitted – only whether the check was passed is saved. Under 17, the app stays locked. If we learn that data of a younger person is nevertheless being processed, we delete it. Apple shows the App Store age rating differently depending on country and iOS version; for use of the app, the age limit of 17 applies.

When you visit, GitHub processes access data for technical reasons (IP address, time, page requested, browser and system information) to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
