Die App richtet sich an Privatpersonen zu nicht gewerblichen Zwecken.
The app is intended for private individuals for non-commercial purposes.
Der Vertrag über die Nutzung kommt zustande, wenn sich der Nutzer in der App mit Apple, Google oder E-Mail anmeldet oder „Als Gast fortfahren“ wählt. Vertragssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Der Anbieter speichert den Vertragstext nicht je Nutzer; alle Fassungen dieser AGB stehen im Archiv.
The contract for use is concluded when the user signs in within the app with Apple, Google or email, or chooses “Continue as Guest”. The contract languages are German and English. The provider does not store the contract text per user; all versions of these Terms are available in the archive.
Abweichende Bedingungen des Nutzers werden nicht Vertragsbestandteil.
The user's own conflicting terms do not become part of the contract.
Die App bietet GPS-gestützte Fahrtaufzeichnung, Geschwindigkeitsmessung, Fahrtenstatistiken, Kraftstoffkostenberechnung und weitere fahrzeugbezogene Funktionen.
The app offers GPS-based trip recording, speed measurement, trip statistics, fuel cost calculation, and other vehicle-related features.
Für Mängel der App gelten die gesetzlichen Rechte von Verbrauchern (§§ 327 ff. BGB).
The statutory rights of consumers apply to defects in the app (§§ 327 ff. BGB German Civil Code).
Über das zur Erhaltung der Vertragsmäßigkeit Nötige hinaus ändert der Anbieter die App nur aus triftigem Grund: Anpassung an neue technische Umgebungen oder Betriebssysteme, eine höhere Nutzerzahl, geänderte Rechtslage, Sicherheit, Wegfall oder Änderung eines externen Dienstes (zum Beispiel Karten- oder Preisdaten), andere wichtige betriebliche Gründe oder Verbesserungen, die bestehende Funktionen nicht einschränken. Dem Nutzer entstehen dadurch keine zusätzlichen Kosten, und er wird klar und verständlich informiert. Beeinträchtigt eine Änderung den Zugriff oder die Nutzbarkeit mehr als nur unerheblich, informiert ihn der Anbieter vorab in angemessener Frist auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger, in der Regel per E-Mail, ohne bekannte E-Mail-Adresse in der App. Der Nutzer kann den Vertrag dann innerhalb von 30 Tagen unentgeltlich beenden (§ 327r BGB).
Beyond what is needed to keep the app in conformity with the contract, the provider changes the app only for a valid reason: adaptation to new technical environments or operating systems, a higher number of users, changes in the law, security, the loss or change of an external service (for example map or price data), other important operational reasons, or improvements that do not restrict existing features. This causes no additional cost for the user, and the user is informed clearly and comprehensibly. If a change impairs access or usability more than insignificantly, the provider informs the user in advance within a reasonable period on a durable medium, usually by email, or in the app if no email address is known. The user may then end the contract free of charge within 30 days (§ 327r BGB).
Der Anbieter stellt Aktualisierungen und Sicherheitskorrekturen bereit, solange die App im App Store angeboten wird, und darüber hinaus, soweit das Gesetz es verlangt. Korrekturen erscheinen für die jeweils aktuelle Version.
The provider supplies updates and security fixes for as long as the app is offered on the App Store, and beyond that where the law requires it. Fixes are released for the current version.
Die kostenlose Version ist beschränkt auf 1.500 km Aufzeichnung pro Monat, 1 Fahrzeug und insgesamt 3 Messläufe im Race-Modus. Die Detail-Analyse (7 Kategorien, Verlauf und persönliche Tipps), die Tempolimit-Anzeige (Beta) und unbegrenzte Race-Messungen sind Pro-Abonnenten vorbehalten. Navigation, Spritpreise, Tankbuch und Wartung sind auch in der kostenlosen Version enthalten. Ab App-Version 1.3.0 zeigt die App keine Werbung; Versionen bis 1.2.x enthalten in der kostenlosen Version noch Werbung.
The free version is limited to 1,500 km of recording per month, 1 vehicle and a total of 3 runs in race mode. The detailed analysis (7 categories, history and personal tips), the speed-limit display (beta) and unlimited race runs are reserved for Pro subscribers. Navigation, fuel prices, fuel log and maintenance are also included in the free version. From app version 1.3.0 the app shows no ads; versions up to 1.2.x still contain ads in the free version.
Für bestimmte Funktionen ist ein Nutzerkonto erforderlich. Bei der Registrierung sind wahrheitsgemäße Angaben zu machen. Pro Person ist nur ein Konto zulässig.
Certain features require a user account. During registration, accurate information must be provided. Only one account per person is permitted.
Der Nutzer hält seine Zugangsdaten geheim und gibt sie nicht an Dritte weiter. Für Handlungen unter seinem Konto haftet er nur, soweit er sie zu vertreten hat. Bei unbefugter Nutzung ist der Anbieter unverzüglich per E-Mail zu informieren.
The user keeps their login credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties. The user is liable for actions under their account only to the extent that the user is responsible for them. In the event of unauthorized use, the provider must be informed immediately by email.
Verstößt der Nutzer schwerwiegend oder trotz Hinweis wiederholt gegen diese AGB, kann der Anbieter das Konto sperren oder den Vertrag aus wichtigem Grund kündigen und das Konto löschen. Er berücksichtigt dabei die berechtigten Interessen des Nutzers und nennt ihm den Grund, soweit er ihn erreichen kann. Gesetzliche Rechte des Nutzers bleiben unberührt.
If the user seriously breaches these Terms, or repeatedly breaches them despite a warning, the provider may suspend the account or terminate the contract for good cause and delete the account. In doing so, the provider takes the user's legitimate interests into account and states the reason, provided the user can be reached. The user's statutory rights remain unaffected.
Die App enthält kostenpflichtige Zusatzfunktionen. Die Abwicklung erfolgt ausschließlich über den Apple App Store. Verkäufer ist Apple (für Kunden in der EU die Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irland): Apple schließt den Kaufvertrag mit dem Nutzer, erhebt den Kaufpreis und führt die Umsatzsteuer ab. Der Anbieter (Anton Melnychuk) ist nicht Vertragspartner des Zahlungsvorgangs. Es gelten die Bedingungen für Medienservices von Apple.
The app contains paid additional features. All transactions are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store. The seller is Apple (for customers in the EU, Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland): Apple enters into the purchase contract with the user, collects the purchase price and remits VAT. The provider (Anton Melnychuk) is not a party to the payment transaction. Apple Media Services Terms apply.
📅 Abonnements 📅 SubscriptionsLaufzeit, Verlängerung und Kündigung richten sich nach den Bedingungen von Apple. Danach verlängern sich Abonnements automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des Abrechnungszeitraums in den iOS-Einstellungen gekündigt wird. Rückerstattungen sind direkt beim Apple Support zu beantragen. Gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.
Term, renewal and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. Under them, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Refunds must be requested directly from Apple Support. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Kostenpflichtige In-App-Käufe und Abonnements schließt der Nutzer mit Apple ab (§ 4). Verbrauchern steht dafür das Widerrufsrecht nach den Bedingungen für Medienservices von Apple zu. Dort sind die Frist von 14 Tagen, die Voraussetzungen und die Folgen des Widerrufs beschrieben.
Paid in-app purchases and subscriptions are concluded by the user with Apple (§ 4). Consumers have the right of withdrawal set out in the Apple Media Services Terms, which describe the 14-day period, the conditions and the consequences of withdrawal.
Der Widerruf ist gegenüber Apple zu erklären: über „Transaktion widerrufen“ in der Kaufhistorie des Apple-Accounts oder mit einer eindeutigen Erklärung, zum Beispiel mit dem Muster-Widerrufsformular von Apple per E-Mail an rightofwithdrawal@apple.com. Die Erstattung erfolgt durch Apple.
Withdrawal must be declared to Apple: via the withdrawal option in the purchase history of the Apple Account (German: „Transaktion widerrufen“) or by a clear statement, for example using Apple's model withdrawal form by email to rightofwithdrawal@apple.com. Apple issues the refund.
Der Anbieter ist nicht Verkäufer und kann Käufe weder rückabwickeln noch erstatten. Erhält er einen Widerruf, weist er den Nutzer auf diesen Weg hin.
The provider is not the seller and can neither reverse nor refund purchases. If the provider receives a withdrawal, it will direct the user to this route.
Gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt. Für Inhalt und Mängel der App ist gegenüber dem Nutzer weiterhin der Anbieter zuständig (§ 2).
Statutory rights remain unaffected. The provider remains responsible towards the user for the content and defects of the app (§ 2).
Mit dem Download erhält der Nutzer ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares, nicht unterlizenzierbares Recht zur privaten, nicht kommerziellen Nutzung der App auf Apple-Geräten, die ihm gehören oder die er nutzen darf, im Rahmen der Nutzungsregeln von Apple.
Upon download, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the app privately and non-commercially on Apple devices that the user owns or controls, within Apple's usage rules.
Das Recht endet, wenn der Vertrag endet, zum Beispiel nach einer Kündigung (§ 3). Die Rechte an der App verbleiben beim Anbieter und seinen Lizenzgebern. Daneben gilt die Lizenzvereinbarung aus dem App Store. Weicht sie von diesen AGB ab, gehen diese AGB vor.
The licence ends when the contract ends, for example after termination (§ 3). All rights to the app remain with the provider and its licensors. The licence agreement from the App Store also applies. Where it differs from these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Zwingende gesetzliche Befugnisse, insbesondere nach §§ 69d und 69e UrhG (zum Beispiel Sicherungskopie und Herstellung der Interoperabilität), bleiben unberührt.
Mandatory statutory rights, in particular under §§ 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act (for example back-up copies and interoperability), remain unaffected.
⛽ Gemeldete Preise ⛽ Reported PricesVon Nutzern gemeldete LPG-Preise prüft der Anbieter nicht vor der Anzeige. Preise außerhalb von 0,20 € bis 3,50 € nimmt das System automatisch nicht an. Im Übrigen entscheidet der Anbieter im Einzelfall von Hand: Er kann Meldungen löschen und die Meldefunktion für einen Nutzer befristet oder dauerhaft sperren, wenn Meldungen falsch oder missbräuchlich sind. Den Grund teilt er dem Nutzer mit, soweit er ihn erreichen kann. Hinweise auf falsche oder rechtswidrige Meldungen gehen an die E-Mail-Adresse aus § 1.
The provider does not check LPG prices reported by users before they are displayed. The system automatically rejects prices outside the range of €0.20 to €3.50. Beyond that, the provider decides manually in each individual case: it may delete reports and suspend the reporting feature for a user, temporarily or permanently, if reports are false or abusive. The provider tells the user the reason, provided the user can be reached. Notices of false or illegal reports go to the email address in § 1.
Kernfunktionen erfordern GPS-Zugriff, der über die Geräteeinstellungen erteilt wird. Die Messgenauigkeit hängt vom Satellitenempfang ab (Tunnel, Bebauung etc.).
Core features require GPS access, which is granted via device settings. Measurement accuracy depends on satellite reception (tunnels, buildings, etc.).
Navigation und Tempolimit-Anzeige dienen der Orientierung. Maßgeblich sind immer Verkehrszeichen und die tatsächliche Verkehrslage. Angezeigte Kraftstoffpreise können von den Preisen an der Säule abweichen. Verbrauch, Kosten, Fahrbewertung und Tipps, auch KI-gestützte, sind Schätzungen und unverbindliche Hinweise.
Navigation and the speed limit display are for orientation only. Traffic signs and actual road conditions always take precedence. Fuel prices shown may differ from the prices at the pump. Consumption, costs, driving score and tips, including AI-assisted ones, are estimates and non-binding suggestions.
Der Anbieter haftet uneingeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit, nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz, bei arglistigem Verschweigen eines Mangels und soweit er eine Garantie übernommen hat.
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, for fraudulent concealment of a defect and to the extent it has given a guarantee.
Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht ist die Haftung auf den bei Vertragsschluss vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt. Wesentlich ist eine Pflicht, deren Erfüllung die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Vertrags erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung der Nutzer regelmäßig vertrauen darf.
For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and typical for this type of contract. An essential obligation is one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the user may regularly rely.
Im Übrigen ist die Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ausgeschlossen.
Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Die gesetzlichen Rechte von Verbrauchern bei Mängeln der App (§§ 327 ff. BGB) bleiben unberührt. Ein Mitverschulden des Nutzers, etwa durch Bedienung der App während der Fahrt oder fehlende Datensicherung, wird nach § 254 BGB berücksichtigt.
The statutory rights of consumers in respect of defects in the app (§§ 327 ff. BGB) remain unaffected. Contributory fault of the user, for example by operating the app while driving or by failing to back up data, is taken into account under § 254 BGB.
Wie der Anbieter personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung. Sie informiert nach Art. 13 und 14 DSGVO und ist nicht Bestandteil dieser AGB.
How the provider processes personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. It provides information under Art. 13 and 14 GDPR and is not part of these Terms.
Änderungen dieser AGB gelten für den Nutzer nur, wenn er ihnen aktiv zustimmt (In-App-Dialog). Der Anbieter kündigt sie mindestens 30 Tage vor Inkrafttreten in der App oder per E-Mail an. Ohne Zustimmung bleibt die bisherige Fassung gültig. Die App kann der Nutzer in beiden Fällen weiter nutzen.
Amendments to these Terms apply to the user only if the user actively agrees to them (in-app dialog). The provider announces them at least 30 days before taking effect in the app or by email. Without agreement, the previous version remains in effect. The user may continue to use the app in either case.
Ohne gesonderte Ankündigung und Zustimmung sind nur Änderungen möglich, die den Nutzer nicht schlechter stellen, zum Beispiel Korrekturen von Tippfehlern, Klarstellungen oder zusätzliche Funktionen.
Only amendments that do not put the user in a worse position, for example typo corrections, clarifications or additional features, may be made without separate notice and agreement.
Frühere Fassungen: Alle bisherigen Fassungen dieser AGB sind mit ihrem Gültigkeitszeitraum im Archiv abrufbar. So lässt sich nachvollziehen, welche Fassung zu welchem Zeitpunkt galt.
Previous versions: all previous versions of these Terms are available with their period of validity in the archive, so it can be traced which version applied at which time.
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem der Nutzer seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat, bleiben unberührt.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

For merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered address. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.

Der Anbieter ist nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
The EU ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025. Information on alternative dispute resolution bodies is available from the European Commission at: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The provider is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are between the user and the provider (Anton Melnychuk). Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms but, as a third-party beneficiary, has the right to enforce them.
🔧 Salvatorische Klausel 🔧 SeverabilityUnwirksame Einzelbestimmungen berühren die Gültigkeit der übrigen AGB nicht. Es gilt die gesetzliche Regelung.
If any individual provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms shall not be affected. The applicable statutory provision shall apply instead.
