Prüfe unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz → Ortungsdienste → Auto Performance Tracker, ob die Berechtigung auf „Beim Verwenden der App" oder „Immer" gesetzt ist. Starte die App danach neu.
Check Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Auto Performance Tracker and make sure permission is set to "While Using the App" or "Always". Then restart the app.
Stelle sicher, dass du angemeldet bist (Einstellungen → Konto) und eine aktive Internetverbindung hast. Bei Problemen: ausloggen, App schließen, erneut einloggen. Besteht das Problem weiter, schreib uns unter contact@melnychuk-anton.de.

Gehe in der App zu Einstellungen → Account → Account löschen. Alle Daten werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig gelöscht. Alternativ schreib uns und wir löschen deine Daten manuell.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data will be fully deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, email us and we'll delete your data manually.
Tippe in der App auf Einstellungen → Pro → Käufe wiederherstellen. Dein Abo ist mit deiner Apple-ID verknüpft und wird automatisch wiederhergestellt – ohne erneute Zahlung.
In the app, tap Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically – no additional charge.
GPS-Tracking ist rechenintensiv. Beende eine Fahrtaufzeichnung immer über den Stop-Button, damit GPS abgeschaltet wird. Hintergrundtracking läuft nur während aktiver Aufzeichnungen.
GPS tracking is resource-intensive. Always stop a trip recording via the Stop button to turn off GPS. Background tracking only runs during active recordings.
